We had an issue with our main office router where it had decided it would breakdown and stop working. I called up our account manager straight away and within 20 mins he had managed to check to see if the product was still in warranty (which it wasn’t unfortunately) and then provide me with the best options going forward. Lee then managed to source an alternative router at a reasonable price and get it sent out within 48hrs.
