Terms & Conditions

  1. Croft Rewards is open to existing, previous, and non-Croft clients.
  2. To make a valid referral, you must email the referred company details to a Croft representative or fill in the form on the Croft webpage: https://www.croftcommunications.co.uk/croft-rewards/
  3. Referrals will only be eligible if the referred company is not already in conversation with Croft via any other channel.
  4. If a referred company is sent by multiple referrers, whichever referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the referrer.
  5. To constitute a successful referral, the referred business must sign an agreement for at least one of Croft services.
  6. The referrer will receive an Amazon gift card, valued at 2% of the total contract spend as detailed in the signed agreement.
  7. Amazon gift cards will be given, only after contract has been signed and the cancellation period has ceased, usually after 14 days but no more 30 days after.
  8. There is no cash alternative and Croft reserve the right to withdraw or alter the offer, change the value of the gift card, or replace the gift card with an alternative, subject to availability.
  9. In the event of any disputes regarding any referred company/organisation, the decision of Croft is final.
  10. Any rewards from this scheme should be declared in your annual tax return or declared as a benefit in kind.
  11. In the event of a referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to [email protected] within 90 days of the referral form submission. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible for a referral fee.
  12. Referral leads must close within 12 months of the submission date. Referrals which do not become clients within this date will not be eligible for a referral fee.
